The meeting for joint college application

On the afternoon of November 14, a meeting for joint college application was held at Xianlin Campus. NUFE President CHENG Yongbo and Vice President QIU Weifen attended the meeting, together with the directors of some schools and departments.

Professor Qiu introduced the preliminary plans for developing a joint school and assigned tasks to each department in the preparatory group. NUFE has worked in close cooperation with Massey University. The exchange programs with Massey University also prove to be a distinctive platform to cultivate international talents. In consideration of previous achievements, NUFE develops the strategy to build a joint college with Massey University. Prof. Qiu hoped all the schools and departments could make joint efforts to accomplish the tasks with high quality and efficiency.

President Cheng announced that the university officially launched the preparatory work for building the NUFE-Massey University joint college. NUFE would make great efforts to enhance this project, and further promote the university’s internationalization.
