Nanjing Lukou International Airport Pick-up
NUFE will provide free pick-up service for new students of the Chinese Foundation Program arriving at Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) from September 16 to 19, 2025.
Our volunteers, dressed in NUFE logo T-shirts, will be at the domestic arrival gates of Terminals 1 and 2 (南京禄口机场T1和T2航站楼国内到达口) to welcome students from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. They will assist in transporting students to the dorms of the Fujianlu Campus and Xianlin Campus by shuttle bus.

Please be aware that 23 new students in the Chinese Foundation Program who have achieved an HSK-3 level of Chinese proficiency or higher are placed on the Xianlin Campus. See the namelist CFP New Students on Xianlin Campus.xlsx. If you are joining the pick-up service at Nanjing Lukou International Airport from September 16 to 19, please inform the NUFE volunteers you meet at the airport that you are staying on the Xianlin Campus. This will ensure you are transported to the correct campus.

Please bring the following documents with you when you arrive at NUFE:
1. **Passport**
2. **Printout of the JW202 Form**
3. **Six Copies of 2-Inch Photos**
The photos should measure 33 mm x 48 mm, be in color, have a white background, be bare-headed, and be taken within the last month. Please ensure that you remove all facial decorations and wear dark-colored clothing when taking the photos. Glossy photos are recommended, as matte ones often do not meet requirements.

Accommodation Registration, Health Check & Residence Permit Application / 临时住宿登记、体检和申请居留许可
Upon arriving in China, new students must complete their accommodation registration within 24 hours and submit the residence permit application within 30 days before their X1 visa expires. Overstaying the visa will lead to severe punishments by the immigration authority. For more details, please read this tutorial.

通过入学审核并确定录取的”专接本“项目学生，如确有需要，可申请在本学期提前到校报到。申请提前报到的学生需确保能够在秋季学期开学前取得大专毕业证书。
提前到校报到的学生缴纳大三的住宿费（4000元，如已交纳申请费400元，则仅需支付剩余3600元即可）后方可入住仙林校区宿舍、领取相关文件办理居留许可延期手续。交费信息如下：

We recommend that admitted students carefully read the Orientation & Arrival column (http://english.nufe.edu.cn/Admission1/orientation_arrival.htm) to understand the necessary preparations after admission and to plan accordingly.
This webpage will be updated mid-July with the suggested arrival dates and the airport pick-up plan. To ensure a smooth arrival experience, we recommend that admitted students book their flights according to our arrival plan. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
If you encounter any issues or decide to decline your admission, please contact our admission officer. Please be aware that NUFE will cancel the admission of students who have not completed the arrival and registration procedures by the end of the designated arrival period.
