2019 Summer Session of NUFE CPC Committee Central Group Learning & Internationalization

University leaders and relevant staff attending the meeting

On August 30 and 31, the 2019 Summer Session of CPC Committee Central Group Learning & Internationalization was held at the lecture hall of Xianlin Campus Library. All the university leaders, party members and discipline inspection commission members attended the meeting. Professor ZHANG Limin, CPC Secretary of the university, presided over the meeting and made a conclusion remark.

Prof. Zhang emphasized the importance of the meeting, which accords with domestic and foreign situation. This meeting aims to study and work out plans for the internationalization of the university, and further provide strong support for the international construction of a high-level university of finance and economics with distinctive characteristics.

Prof. YAO Lingzhen, Vice President of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, was invited to give a lecture. She introduced the overall situation of university internationalization and shared the successful experience of SUFE.

Vice President QIU Weifen interpreted relevant documents and introduced the current situation and further plans for NUFE internationalization work.

Deans of schools and directors of administrative departments proposed constructive suggestions in the group discussions.

Prof. HUANG Neng, Director of the International Office of Cooperation and Exchanges, analyzed the current situation and illustrated the index system of NUFE internationalization work. Representatives of the deans shared their international exchange experience and suggestions .

Prof. Zhang set four goals in his conclusion speech in order to lead NUFE toward a high-level internationalized university.
