In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, international students have to purchase mandatory insurance for their stay in China. Therefore, every international student at NUFE has to purchase group commercial insurance, which is provided by Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company and charges 600 CNY per student every year. When international students finish registration at NUFE, the staff of the College of International Education will notify them of the purchase of the insurance, collect required information and forward to the insurance company. QR Codes will be pushed from the insurance company to each international students directly and the payment for the insurance can be finished via Wechat.
