Founded in March, 2006, the School of Journalism has three teaching and research sections: Journalism, Communication and Chinese. The school now has 29 faculty members, including 5 professors, 8 associate professors, among whom 9 teachers have obtained or are pursuing doctor’s degree, 21 teachers Master’s degree. Since 2003, over 105 papers have been published on national and provincial academic journals, 9 monographs published as well. Additionally, the teachers at this school have untaken 14 provincial and ministerial and university level scientific research programs.
