Prof. Zhang, born in June 1966, from Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, is CPC member, Doctor of Science, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. He is Secretary of NUFE CPC Committee. His responsibilities include management of comprehensive work of NUFE CPC Committee, the work of cadres, confidential security, and reform and development.
