Prof. Zhang, born in 1963, from Suining, Jiangsu Province. He is CPC member, Professor, Doctor, and Doctoral Supervisor. He is Vice-President and Member of the Standing Committee of NUFE CPC Committee, responsible for personnel work, rear service, campus construction, and assists in management of teaching staff construction. He is in charge of Human Resources Office, Rear Service Office, Rear Service Center, Infrastructure Office, and School of Finance.
