School of Food Science and Engineering

The school has succeeded in developing four undergraduate programs: Food Science and Engineering, Food Safety and Quality, Applied Chemistry and Biology Engineering and two postgraduate programs: Food Science and Agro-Product Processing and Storage Engineering. The school now has 60 faculty members, including 11 professors, 24 associate professors, among whom 14 teachers have obtained or are pursuing doctor’s degree, 15 teachers Master’s degree. Since 2003, over 300 papers have been published on national and provincial academic journals. Additionally, teachers at this school have untaken 68 provincial and ministerial scientific research programs. Meanwhile, 18 awards of scientific research at or above the provincial and ministerial level were obtained. With more than 891 undergraduates and 11 postgraduates, the school is sincerely intended to establish good relationship with other universities and institutions home and abroad to create brilliant achievements in the future.
